Now that we have completed
construction of our house at 4408 Jett Road, I wanted to drop you a note
to simply say how much I have enjoyed working with you over the past
year. Once in a while in business, you have the opportunity to do
business with people who stand out from the others because they treat
their customers with kindness and fairness. Certainly that has been my
experience with Builders Ii and all the individuals that I have had the
opportunity to work with over the past year. The workmanship was
superior and the quality of your entire staff was tip notch. Please
don’t hesitate to use may name as reference to others who may consider
your service.

work that you, Dan and Glen have put into building our home. The first
two weeks living here have an absolute pleasure and the attention to

I want to let you know how much Jim and I enjoyed working with everyone
within your company and to thank you for the excellent job your company
performed on the renovations to our Buckhead home and the addition of
our new family room. I worked closely with Dan Mattox and the various
crew workers and found everyone to be very professional, pleasant and
polite. Al lof the workers really cared about the quality of the work
that they performed and seemed to really enjoy what they did, and were
proud of it! I also noticed that all work was handled in a neat and
orderly fashion. I want to especially express our appreciation for the
time, effort and patience that Dan contributed to managing the project
and ensuring that the family room was built to our satisfaction. He was
an excellent supervisor who always responded immediately to our needs
and made sure that the project was on-track.

With the work at our new house winding down I want to express our
admiration and appreciation fore excellent quality and progress of the
work. You kept to the schedule and did it right the first time. We
especially want to recognize the cooperative “can do” attitude of Bill
Balentine. Our requests were consistently noted, implemented, and
completed. He never said, “We can’t do that”. He always wrote down the
changes which were promptly confirmed in writing. His efficiency was
better than any commercial project manager whom I’ve worked with over
the past 30 years. Finally, Ida and I have appreciated your work force,
particularly Randy and Polo, and your subs, all of whom performed well
and responded as well to our requests.

I want to write and express the Rayle family’s sincere appreciation for
a job well done! When we started the process, many people said
renovating a house would be too much of an ordeal and tried to talk us
out of it. They, no doubt, have never worked with Builders II. Although
there was plenty of dust, dirt and mud, it was a pleasure. Glen Hicks
did a terrific job as the site supervisor and was incredibly patient and
attentive to all our questions and issues. I felt as if he always had
our interests foremost in his mind every step of the way. Your
sub-contractors were just as professional and detail oriented. It was no
surprise when I learned most had been with you for quite some time. As
the newspaper said “… (you) have the unique ability to make old homes
new and new homes look old.” We than you and hope you feel free to have

proposal was very professional plus James helped me locate an Architect

or Kathy to make sure we were happy. Randy Golder’s craftsmanship is
also worth special mention. He is a wonderful artisan who exceeded our
expectations. One of our close Buckhead friends, a successful realtor,
told us three years ago that you were the best builder in Buckhead. I
believed her then and would simply add that you are now the best builder
in Druid Hills too. We thank all of you for doing such a great job for
us and look forward to having all of you in our home for a celebration.

moment to share with you my thoughts on the work provided by you and
Builders II, Inc. From the moment you were hired to oversee the work of
the original contractor until the completion of the project you proved
your worth as a true professional. Your ability to assess the situation
promptly and thoroughly, while providing detailed follow through was
greatly appreciated by me and my wife. You were always approachable,
